The check-in was uncomplicated, the personnel very nice and helpful and our room fantastic. We had a wonderful view of the harbor and the city, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the internet worked, we felt very well. The hostel is outside the famous old town, but there are three buses that take you there in 10 minutes. There is a bakery next to the hostel with very tasty börek, a small supermarket under the hostel and many small cafes and restaurants nearby with delicious food (including a vegan-vegetarian restaurant). After check-out, it was possible to store our luggage free of charge for 4 hours.

The location for the ferries and buses was excellent. The staff were lovely and they answered my questions, and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows. The room was very clean and the bathroom better than some so called 4 star hotels! I was upgraded to a sea view of the harbour, and the view across in the morning was lovely. I could make my own tea in the kitchen and the lounge area was comfortable. I couldn't really hear the road outside in the room. The terrace was good to sit down outside. There was a lift, I am disabled and I needed that. I can see why it is popular! And Amer, night receptionist was good to talk to, said about the bus numbers to get to Pile gate for old dubrovnik. And the man on the duty during the day gave me a good tip about the ferries! Restaurants and cafes were nearby and a supermarket. I would stay there again for longer than the 1 night. Better than most 3 star hotels that think they are 4 star! And I would recommend to friends!

Good place to stay since it is 5 min walk to the central bus station to the right and 5 min walk to the old city bus stop and the islands' ferry- on the left. There are coffee shops, restaurants and a nice walk along the port and the beaches. The room was like a 3 * hotel with a great view to the port.

Location- walking distance to the main bus station, 7 minutes with the bus to the old town, restaurants, bakery, supermarket in the near, the ocean view from our room window. Big thanks to the staff who let us into our room when we arrived early. Would without a doubt stay here again. Liked the excellent Wi-fi connection. The facilities- the common kitchen with el.kettle, microwave, fridge and washer and dryer possibilities (though I didn't use them).

It was excellent! We chose the place at the last minute and we were so pleased to find this hotel, it was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and informative. We extended our stay for 1 week and everything was great. We highly recommend this place. The location is pretty good, near the bus station and the port, you can take Uber to old town for 7 euros, or you can walk 25 minutes. There are some bakeries and supermarkets next to the hotel. The hotel has a laundry and dryer machine and that was a must! After traveling for 3 weeks around Europe. Beds were comfortable and everything very clean.

Easy check-in and right between the port and the bus station, which was very handy for us. It's far from the old town if walking, but just a short bus ride that leaves you right at the entrance gate. Some noise from the street, but not bad (and we are light sleepers). Room itself was clean and had a great shower. Price wise, it's on the high end when compared to other places we have stayed, but nothing is cheap in Dubrovnik.

We stayed in a family suite on floor 4 - two separate bedrooms with one bathroom between us and a huge balcony overlooking the port - great for watching the boats go by. We were only here one night but it was very comfortable and convenient as we arrived at the bus station which is a short walk away. The staff were really polite and helpful. There’s a large reception area where we cooled down after a hot day before we flew home. Luggage can be left in the communal area after check out. We got Ubers to and from the old town but I think easy to get a bus too.

To everyone looking for a great place to stay in Dubrovnik: look no further! This place is offering best value stay in the town. Do not worry about location - public transport is great, and local buses brings you to town in 10 minutes at 1.80 eur price. Or if you need a bus station to take an early bus - this place is ideal for that. 5 min walk. As well airport bus goes to main bus station, so its ideal for airport journey as well. Despite it names as hostel - its not. Its a morden and recently renovated hotel 3*. Spotless room and bathroom. I was really really surprised how good and great value this place offering. And the view from the room..ahh... Seaview of the harbour of Dubrovnik... Amazing. Definitely will come back.

We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and double bed. The room was small, with basic but relatively new furnishings, and was on the level of a 3-star hotel. Pros: • Generally clean • Port view from the window (may be a bit noisy at certain times) • Shared kitchen nearby with fridge access • Free underground parking • Close to buss and fairy stops, easy access to the old town

Clean room and really great location for the bus terminal, including the airport bus. You can also either walk or get a bus into the old town. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. There was also a TV in the room with channels in multiple languages. The person checking me out was really friendly. Overall I would recommend. it was good value, especially as I had some money off and just needed somewhere clean and cheap to stay for a night before flying home. Several supermarkets, bakeries and bars are within easy walking distance, as is the bus station.
